Ellie is undertaking a degree apprenticeship whilst working on a number of high profile projects. She quickly established herself within the business and was promoted from a Trainee to an Assistant.
She is a Member of National Association of Women in Construction, Co-Vice Chair of the North East Apprenticeships Ambassador Network and was crowned winner of the Most Promising Trainee Quantity Surveyor category at the Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) North East Awards 2021.
We are proud to support Ellie as she develops within the business and in the wider construction environment.
Connah has been with the business since 2014. He started out in an apprentice role, working in the accounts team where his responsibilities included payroll and invoicing, as well as studying for his four-year AAT diploma.
He has progressed within the business and completed a level-7 ACCA qualification. Connah is now a Certified Chartered Accountant and a key member of the accounts team.
We can’t wait to further support Connah as he develops his career with us!
At 16 Will joined as an Apprentice for Tynedale Roadstone and since then he has gained number of qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Management.
He has progressed within the business and was promoted to a management role to provide technical product support and ensure quality is achieved across our Rainton Construction sites.
Will is actively seeking out the next level of training to help him further develop his career with us!
