Demolition of the Flux Bunker

In October MGL Demolition carried out the safe and controlled explosive demolition of the Flux Bunker and Junction House.

This is just a small part of our wider scheme across the former Raw Materials Handling area and we’re delighted to be playing such a significant role in the transformation of the Teesworks site.

The demolition programme is being accelerated so that the land is investor-ready faster and local jobs can be delivered sooner.
